Sandra Bravo has guided me through my healing and spiritual journey. She is a constant reminder that the universe and our destinies are constantly trying to communicate with us. She is a strong woman. Even after meeting with her, I can always hear her voice telling me to follow my intuition because it is strong. My life shifted the day I took her advice. To be able to tap into the power of our own spirituality is a strength no one will ever take away. It was no coincidence that I met Sandra to start my healing and spiritual journey. She helped me take an honest look at myself to become a better person every day.”

Is It A Mental Health Illness Or A Metaphysical Experience?

Sandra P. Bravo | Spiritual Psychotherapy
I know how distressing and challenging your metaphysical experiences can feel especially when they are seemingly out of your control.

While I have not experienced it first hand, I watched as my daughter’s awakening began and I felt helpless, lost and scared.

Had I known then what I know now, it would have saved me years of struggle.

In hindsight, it was those so-called years of struggle that put me in a position to assist you today.

I have witnessed many clients question their mental health as they bravely disclosed what they were experiencing.

Others knew this was something beyond science.

Amazingly, most of you just want to learn how to manage the “experiences” you're having, while you begin on your journey towards awakening.

For some of you, the initial experience of seeing and hearing spirits is not a welcomed one, and understandably you just want to learn how to shut it off.

No matter which path you choose, it is your decision how you want to proceed.

Whatever you decide, I am here for you.

Know that more and more people are sharing these experiences and that there is a growing movement within the mental health community that is beginning to shed light on this topic.

My Story...

It took me several years to finally decide to come forward with what I can offer in my practice and to my clients.

I used to believe that Spirituality and Psychology were worlds apart and one couldn’t possibly exist with the other.

Only when I was able to define Spirituality as something separate from Religion, did I find the power in its true essence.

I would be remiss if I didn’t share part of my story and how I came to connect with my own spirituality and purpose.

I grew up in a religious household, and recall not feeling connected to the message in my younger years. When I was old enough, I rebelled against practicing it.

In my 20s, I was completely removed from religion and spirituality (but always believed in a higher power) until that fateful day when I entered my Eastern Philosophy class during the last year of my undergraduate program.

That class catapulted me into a world I thought I had no interest in. It would serve as a base for me as my life would later be shaken by the experience of watching my young daughter’s awakening.

It’s amazing how the Universe masterfully sets things up for us to utilize on our journey, should we choose to see and accept it.

Year after year, as my purpose began unfolding, I would meet people (clients) with similar experiences as my daughter’s.

In the beginning, this just added to the trauma I had experienced with her.

But as time went on, after my daughter had full control of her gifts, I continued to learn and accept my new reality, only to be faced with my own frustrations around not being ‘gifted’ with the same abilities.

I am not clairvoyant or clairaudient.

My belief comes from what I've witnessed firsthand with my daughter and my clients.

I eventually arrived at a place of gratitude and humility, after a 16 year old client gave me the greatest gift. She said, “Do you know why you can’t see or hear? Because people would say you are as crazy as us. You believe us and that’s what counts."

From that moment on, I knew my purpose was to help those souls who are awakening to find support and comfort while on their journey.

Sandra P. Bravo | Spiritual Psychotherapy
Imagine having a place to go where you can talk about your experiences without being judged or labeled.

Imagine being able to decide your own course of treatment, i.e., wanting a formal diagnosis just to feel part of a group; or learning how to manage your experiences so that they are not overwhelming; or just strengthening your spiritual practices to assist in guiding you forward.

Imagine awakening from a nightmare and discovering a Universe full of possibilities.

My heartfelt promise is to see you as the unique individual you are and to help guide you towards self-acceptance and a peaceful existence.

When I first met Sandra five years ago through my HMO, I had no idea how impactful our work together would ultimately become. The nature of our work has evolved over the years as I have evolved personally, emotionally, and spiritually. Sandra provides a loving and supportive listening that is reflected in her questions and framing of life situations, bringing forth perspective that provokes opportunity for growth. I feel as though I have found a friend in Sandra and I am grateful for her contribution to my personal transformation."
